Contestants arrive by 1:00pm to set up and begin making ice cream. Ice cream judging will begin at 2:00pm contestants will be given use of a table (6×3).
RECIPE MUST CONTAIN MILK PRODUCTS !
Electric or hand crank freezers may be used (At least 4 Quart Capacity). Contestants furnish electrical cords, freezers bucket to hold freezer. Serving spoons and serving containers will be provided by club.
All Contestants must furnish all ingredients and utensils needed to make and serve ice cream including ice and rock salt.
you may enter the contest as a team or by yourself. Teams will consist of at least 2 people. Each team that enters is required to make ice cream.
JUDGING CRITERIA
Flavor: 40 points Appearance: 20 points Consistency/Smoothness: 40 points
Awards will be given for the following
Best Tasting, Most Unique, Best Presentation
After the contest, ice cream will be sold by the bowl with money benefiting the 12 step recovery club
