Our October CSR Meeting was held October 10. The meeting could have been a hybrid meeting, but no members joined via Zoom. There were eleven people present in-person. Central Office finances: for July 21 through August 20, Central Office had income of $3,086.10 and expenses of $3,476.90 for a loss of $390.80. Old business: 1. Service opportunities on the website and newsletter: Adding sections to the newsletter and website announcing opportunities to volunteer within AA would be helpful. Opportunities outside AA would probably run afoul of Tradition 5. 2. Fellowship activities: lots of good ideas, and we now have an activities committee. 3. CSR Reports put into the Meeting Guide app: if your group wants its CSR report in the Meeting Guide app, contact Carol Ann or I. New business: 1. Elections of members of the board for TCCOF: two people cannot run, and one is up for re-election. Announcements: Tulare Homeless Encampment: two members are taking a meeting to the Tulare Homeless Encampment every Friday afternoon at 4:00 PM. Contact George J. if you would like to join. ====== At the Tulare County Central Office Inc business meeting: Old business: 1. AAWS literature prices have risen: raising our prices tabled until November. 2. Central Office open on last Saturday of the month: decision is to keep going through December. (Zero people showed up Saturday October 30). New business: 1. Request that we loan our P.A. sound equipment: decision was no, unless it is an official AA event. 2. Scope of events (AA or not) listed on the Central Office website: tabled to November.
