As a test, the birthday celebration for everyone who got sober in August will be held the first Friday in September (the 5th). This avoids the situation where the last Friday is on the 29th, but someone sobered up on the 30th. No fronts!

Instead of making them wait until the last Friday of September, we can hold the meeting on the first Friday of September and include all who sobered up in August.

The September business meeting will be where the vote is taken to keep or revert this change. Our business meeting is the second Friday of every month.
