Additional H & I Volunteer Orientation Meeting
There will be an additional H&I Orientation held Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 9:30 am at Bridge Street, 526 N. Bridge St., Visalia, CA 93291.
If you are aware of any AA members who are interested and do not want to wait until the September scheduled orientation, please send them on 8/16/25.

Friday Freedom Fellowship Birthday Meeting Moved (test)
As a test, the birthday celebration for everyone who got sober in August will be held the first Friday in September (the 5th). This avoids the situation where the last Friday is on the 29th, but someone sobered up on the 30th. No fronts!
Instead of making them wait until the last Friday of September, we can hold the meeting on the first Friday of September and include all who sobered up in August.
The September business meeting will be where the vote is taken to keep or revert this change. Our business meeting is the second Friday of every month.
Delegate General Service Conference 2025 Report on Saturday, August 2.
Our Delegate, Matthew L., who went to the 75th General Service Conference in New York City, will present his report on the conference. The presentation will be at New Life Church in Clovis, at 2165 Gettysburg Avenue, from noon to 2 PM. Lunch will be provided.

District 47 Meeting bumped to July 15
Many members of District 47 will be going to Canada to attend the International Convention of Alcoholics Anonymous. Last month, we decided to bump the District 47 meeting to the third Tuesday (from the first Tuesday).
Founder’s Day Final Business Meeting in person and on ZOOM tonight at 6 pm at Central Office
Founders’ Day Picnic this Saturday (and it moved a little)
We hope you will join us for our Founders’ Day Picnic at Mooney Grove Park in Visalia this Saturday, June 14th. There has been a slight adjustment: a tree fell and clobbered a portion of Arbor 9.
We’re moving to Arbors 4, 5, 6, and 8. So instead of heading to the back of the park (east), hang a right and head south.
